Jorge J. Rivero, President at HRMCS

Jorge has provided the following services as a federal labor law consultant specializing in Wage and Hour Division: compliance audits, FLSA and FMLA, consultation on Wage and Hour Division investigations, and trial preparation assistance. He has also provided employers with EEO training and conducted investigations to determine violations of EEO related laws. Jorge has testified as an expert witness in Federal Court.  He is also serving or has served on the Board of Directors for the following associations: 

• South Florida Compensation and Benefits Association (an affiliate of the World at Work organization). Served as President
• Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (Miami-Dade County) Board of Directors
